Varietal Composition: 100% Chidiriotiko grapes.

Certifications: Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos, organic wine.

Characteristics: Orange color. Scent of oranges and orange marmalade. The taste of orange gradually gives way to apricot and a hint of toffee. Dry wine, but with umami and a round mouthfeel evoking sweetness. Earthy finish, pleasantly textured and rich.

Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled on its own or with omelet, salmon, all kinds of roe, duck, and non-western seafood dishes like sushi. Works well, too, as an aperitif or after-dinner wine.

Highest Accolade: Gold medal for Methymnaeos White 2013 at the Balkans International Wine Competition.

Varietal Composition: 100% Chidiriotiko grapes.

Certifications: Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos, organic wine.

Characteristics: Hay colored. Bouquet typical of the Chidiriotiko grape in blanc de noirs processing, combining light muscat with flowers and citrus fruit. Delightfully fresh taste of pear. Although dry, Methymnaeos white has sherry-like sweetness and depth. Minerality recalls the scent of sulfur, abundant in the volcanic soil of Lesvos.

Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled with smoked goods, seafood, and white confections.
